Finding Hope After Immigration

Do you need an Asylum, VAWA, or a Hardship Immigration Evaluation ?

Appointments are now available.

If you or someone you know is in need of a Mental Health  evaluation for your immigration case, please reach out for an appointment. My name is Simona Badger and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist that conducts Forensic Psychological evaluations for immigration cases. I have extensive training and experience with conducting evaluations for the Office of U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). I have evaluated and written numerous reports for survivors of torture, severe domestic violence, severe sexual violence and complex trauma over the years, some of which was conducted in NJ prisons and other times at  my private practice. I know it’s an extremely challenging time for immigrant communities right now, however we continue to serve clients in person in newark, NJ and remotely. I can be reached at sbadger@sbempowerment.org or at 973-392-9473 if you are interested in scheduling an appointment.
