PSYCHOTHERAPY
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide holistic, trauma focused and culturally sensitive therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic therapy, creative arts therapy, meditation, racial trauma healing and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques. I am dedicated to meeting the needs of the growing number of individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. I work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, health concerns, grief, gender related issues, interpersonal conflicts, women's issues, life transitions, relationship challenges and traumatic experiences.

Black Girls Thrive Worldwide is a trademark that focuses on racial trauma Health to black girls and black women. Simona Badger focuses on providing strength based, culturally sensitive and trauma focused therapy that will enable black girls to transition from victim-survivor and ultimately thriver. Individual, Family and Support Therapy groups appointments can be scheduled for black women. Individual and family therapy appointments can be scheduled Black Girls in need of support.


THE SURVIVOR EMPOWERMENT GROUP FOR DOMESTIC/SEXUAL VIOLENCE
Simona Badger's Groups
This is a support and educational group for female survivors of domestic and or sexual violence. Participants will gain coping skills to manage symptoms. Participants will also gain knowledge regarding the cycle of violence, safety planning, assertiveness training and coercive tactics used by abusive partners. Group facilitator will aid participants in setting goals and working through their traumatic experiences.
